# Management Guide for the External Services Center of the Elven Platform

The **External Services Center** on the **Elven Platform** is the **bridge** that connects you to the best tools on the market for **monitoring**, **managing**, and **resolving incidents** in a **simple** and **efficient** way. ## **Accessing the External Services Center**

* Navigate to the **main menu** and click on **Monitoring**.
* In the **submenu**, select the **External Services** item.

## **Working with the External Services Center**

In the **External Services Center** of the **Elven Platform**, you have a consolidated and efficient view of all integrated **external services**. Each **integration** is clearly and neatly presented, with **name**, **player**, and **status** visible, allowing you to monitor your **connections** in a centralized way.

To make navigation even easier, it features an **intuitive search bar** that lets you quickly find services by name, along with **smart filters** that help refine your search by **status**, such as **Outage**, **Operational**, or **Pending**. Another important filter is the **player**, which allows you to narrow your search by **integration providers** like **CloudWatch**, **Datadog**, **Google Cloud**, **Grafana**, **Prometheus**, **Zabbix**, **Dynatrace**, etc.

To create a new **integration** in the **External Services Center**, simply click the **+ External Services** button and you’ll be directed to the **Services Hub** within the **External Services Monitoring** section, where you’ll find all available **integration providers** on the **Elven Platform**. Keep in mind that this operation can also be accessed directly through the **Services Hub**.
