Quick Guide

Welcome to the Elven Platform! This quick guide was created to make your registration and access process easier.

Getting Started Step-by-Step

To start using the Elven Platform, first go to the platform’s official website. In the top menu, you’ll find the options Free Trial (Teste Gratuito) or Access Platform (Acessar Plataforma) — click on either one to proceed.

If you don’t have an account yet, on the login page, select the Sign Up option to create your account. You’ll need to fill in some basic information, such as a corporate email, your full name, and a secure password. To ensure your account’s protection, create a password that follows a few simple rules: it must be at least 8 characters long, include uppercase and lowercase letters, contain at least one number (0–9), and include a special character, such as !@#$%*&. Ideally, choose a unique and hard-to-guess password, as your account’s security is a top priority.

After filling in all the fields, click Sign Up to continue. In the next step, you’ll be asked to provide a name for your organization within the platform. Additionally, it’s important to read and accept the Terms and Conditions by checking the corresponding box. When you’re done, click Start Now to complete this initial setup.

To activate your account, go to the email you used during registration and find the confirmation message sent by the Elven Platform. Open the email and click the confirmation link to finish the activation process. With that, your account will be active and ready to use.

Now, you can start exploring the modules and features of the Elven Platform, taking full advantage of all the available resources to enhance your experience.

Accessing the Elven Platform

If you already have an account on the Elven Platform, you can log in directly from the home screen. To ensure the security of your access, we have a few important guidelines:

  • Login attempts: You have up to 10 attempts to enter your credentials correctly. If you exceed this limit, your access will be temporarily blocked.

  • Session timeout: If your account remains inactive for 5 minutes, the session will be automatically ended for security reasons.

  • Additional security: Depending on the security tools enabled, you may be required to solve a captcha before proceeding with the login.

  • SSO (Single Sign-On): If your company uses SSO login, you don’t need to access the platform’s login screen. Simply go directly to your identity provider, then access the Elven Platform through the appropriate link.

  • Need help? If your account is locked due to multiple failed attempts, please contact our support team, providing your access IP, so we can quickly unlock it.

How to Update Your Password

To change your password on the Elven Platform, start by visiting the platform’s official website and, on the login page, click the Forgot Password link to begin the recovery process. Then, enter your corporate email associated with your account and click the Reset Password button to send the reset request.

You will receive an email with a link to continue the process — just click Click here to open the password reset page. There, enter your new password and confirm it in the designated field to ensure they match. Then, finish by clicking the Reset Password button to save the change.

Finally, return to the login page, enter your access email and the new password you just created, and click Sign In to securely access your account.

All set! Your password has been successfully changed, and you are now logged into the Elven Platform with your new password.

Accessing an Existing Organization

To switch organizations in the Elven Platform, start by logging into your account as usual. In the upper right corner of the screen, click the profile icon (represented by an avatar or the initial of your name). In the dropdown menu that appears, select the Switch organization option.

Next, you’ll see a field where you can choose an existing organization that your account is already part of. If you’re not yet linked to any organization or want to start a new workspace, this same screen also offers the option to register a new organization.

After selecting the desired organization, click the Login button to access the new context. With just a few clicks, you can switch organizations and navigate within a different context inside the Elven Platform, with all the data and settings of that organization available for use.

Creating a New Organization

To create a new organization in the Elven Platform, start by logging into your account as usual. In the upper right corner of the screen, click the profile icon (represented by an avatar or your initial). In the dropdown menu that appears, select the Switch organization option.

If you are already linked to an organization, it will appear available for selection. But since we want to create a new one, let’s proceed by clicking the Create organization link.

Next, enter the name of the new organization you want to register in the appropriate field. Choose a name that clearly represents your project or organizational unit. Then, carefully read the Terms and Conditions. If you agree, check the confirmation box to accept the terms.

Finally, click the Start Now button to complete the creation of the new organization. Done! The new organization will be created, and you will automatically be navigating within the new context of the Elven Platform.
