Product Management Guide on the Elven Platform
The Product Center is the central point for organizing resources into products, allowing the grouping of multiple applications in an intuitive and efficient way. With a modern and accessible interface, you can create, view, and manage products, promoting a centralized view of your operations and facilitating monitoring. With the Product Center, the Elven Platform offers a solution that combines practicality and performance, allowing you to structure your resources clearly and aligned with your organizational goals.
Accessing the Product Center
In the main menu, click on Monitoring Aggregators.
Select the Products option to access the Product Center interface.
Creating and Managing Products
Start Product Creation
Click the + Product button located at the top right corner of the screen.
This action opens a simple and organized form for product creation.
Configure the Product
Product Name: Enter a clear and objective name.
Description: Add information about the product's purpose and context.
Save Settings
Click the Create Product button to complete the process.
You will be redirected to the Product page.
The new product will appear in the list, ready for grouped monitoring.
On the Product page, you will find options to manage the product, such as create an application, edit, and delete the product.
Listing
Use the search field to quickly and intuitively locate specific products.
This feature makes navigation easier and ensures you find exactly what you need, optimizing your experience and productivity.
Exploring Product Details
By clicking on a specific product in the Product Center list, you will be redirected to a dedicated page that gathers all details and tools for centralized management, providing a complete view of the product’s health and performance.
On the product page, you will find a Dependency Matrix designed to simplify the visualization of the status of each critical service linked to a product or application.
This way, it's possible to intuitively identify dependencies and their current state, offering a clear and organized view of service integrity.
